    What CVille Pride Community Creativity Event 
    Description  Come celebrate PRIDE with us through  Creativity with the Positive Self Image Sign Painting Project! We will be making signs of encouraging words of acceptance, celebration of diversity, and being who you are!  Children, families, adults all welcome to explore creative expression around the theme of Pride!  All the signs made during this event will be displayed the next day at the Cville Pride Festival  at Lee Park on Saturday, September 13th.  *Tyvek, markers, glitter, paint and paint brushes will be provided. You bring the FUN!! *

    What Charlottesville Gay Pride Festival
    Description  Presented by the Charlottesville Pride Community Network, this family-friendly event will feature entertainment for all ages, including:
    • the Live Arts stage, with music, drums, drag queens, theater, more
    • fun at the free Fotofolly photo booth
    • free Starbucks (while supplies last)
    • over 50 vendors
    • food trucks & beer garden
    • a Kid Area with bouncy castle, balloons, face painting, crafts, more
    • raffles, giveaways, and rainbow gear for sale
    We're excited for Pride and hope you are, too!  We are still looking for volunteers, performers, and money to make sure

    Description New this year: A special Pride After Dark after-party, sponsored by Thrive
    Healthcare, with youth-friendly fun followed by Wicked Jezebel, Mama's
    Little Black Sheep, and dancing with DJ Grind.

    What  Pride Sunday Brunch
