    Join Cville Pride for the Dogwood Parade
    Cville Pride will be designing and building a float to share LGBTQ pride with the whole community.  This year's theme is Love Shack.   Look it up! It's a great song and it will be lots of fun putting this thing together. And then we have rainbow beads to hand out at the actual parade. Sign up now.

    Trans Health Symposium
    This day long event for mental healthcare and medical providers will feature workshops with UVA Trans Health Clinic providers.  Safe Space Training by the Charlottesville Area Safe Space Training Coalition, panels and more.  Hosted by the Trans health Alliance of Central Virginia, and sponsored by the Women's Initiative, Cville Pride and more.

    Gay Ole Opry Presents:  Karen & the Sorrows and the Paisley Fields (Featuring Debra Guy)
    After five years of trailblazing queer country music, New York City’s Gay Ole Opry is hitting the road for the first time. Opry regulars The Paisley Fields and Karen & the Sorrows are heading South for a week­long tour, and they are coming to Charlottesville for a special benefit for Cville Pride. The show is at Firefly at 1304 East Market St on Saturday, April 30th. It will start at 9:00 pm and there is a suggested donation of $5. They are especially thrilled to be playing with Charlottesville’s Debra Guy.  Tickets $5.

    On Our Own - Queer Support Group
    On Our Own is a Peer Support Recovery Center for folks in the Charlottesville and surrounding counties dealing with mental health challenges.  We operate on the premise that anyone can get well and stay well.  We do recover!  We offer free groups and walk in peer support 6 days a week.  Our house provides a recovery oriented community full of hope and support.  We are a non-profite 501(c)3.
