    What: ROSMY Blue Ridge -- A GLBTQ youth support group
    Description: These are confidential weekly social support discussions and activities for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth, ages 14-20. Trained volunteer facilitators and occasional guest activity leaders help facilitate youth conversations, games nights, movies and discussions, and other activities of interest to youth who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or are questioning their sexual orientation or identity. Please also feel free to contact the Youth Support telephone line, tollfree, at 888.644.4390, or to email youthprograms@rosmy.org, with any questions about the Monday group, ROSMY activities, or information about supportive resources.

    What: Come Out and Play Charlottesville (COAP Cville)
    Description: Come Out and Play (COAP) Charlottesville Volleyball is an LGBT/LGBT-Friendly social event for all skill levels--these are casual, non-competitive games.     What: The Eclectic Woman Show
    Description: Tune in to 91.1 FM WTJU every Thursday evening from 7 to 9 for the Eclectic Woman show, the only radio program in Central Virginia to feature women's music exclusively. Traditional, blues, world, jazz, rock, avant-garde and instrumental music. Visit the website: WTJU

    What: Harley's Place/Electric Blue folks call it Alternative Lifestyle Night
    Description: A local Waynesboro effort to provide a place for "family friendly" service, dancing and gathering....they also have a full menu. It has a basement nightclub atmosphere with loud music, but it is possible to escape to a table away from the music. 21 and up! Entrance is the back door of Harley's Place

    What: RQ (Rapture Queered)
    Description: Rapture Queered, a night of club music featuring local talent such as DJ eSc, Stroud, and the Kuntrock Kidd. Our gay clientele have long asked that we do a gay-friendly dance event, and we thought that after Blowoff, it'd be the perfect time to start one. No cover. Special "L" Lounge for the Ladies!

    What: AA Meeting - Womens' meeting - gay friendly
    Description: Jefferson district Alcoholics Anonymous meeting: Womens meeting. Not a lesbian meeting though well attended by lesbians and the atmosphere is open and supportive. Meeting is "open", meaning anyone can attend whether or not you have a problem with alcohol or a desire to stop drinking. All orientations welcome. Call (434) 293-6565 for more information.     What: Men’s "Second Saturday" Potluck
    Description: Potluck for gay/bi/trans-friendly men of all persuasions to socialize and to sign up for interest groups. Bring a food or beverage for 5 people. Dinner will be at 7:30. There’s a fully-functional kitchen available, and plates, silverware, napkins, and glasses will be provided. Small, voluntary donations will be requested if we've rented our meeting space.     Description: IGSA has restructured and now meets quarterly, at a later time, with rotating moderators from within the hosting faith community. The next meeting is at TJMC on April 12, 6:30 pm (you are welcome to bring a brown bag meal) in Summit House (building next door to the church--closer to UVA--on Rugby Road).
