Charlottesville Family Pride - A social group for GLBTQ parents and their children. Meet regularly to play, talk, celbrate and support one another
PFLAG - Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays.
OutYouth of the Blue Ridge - Provides services for Central Virginia's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Youth.
AIDS/HIV Services Group - Charlottesville group for AIDS support and awareness.
GayCville.org - Web portal for the charlottesville gay and lesbian community.
ourspace Community Center - A progressive community center located on the downtown mall that is a
welcoming space for hosting events, and they welcome LGBT community involvement. Human Rights Campaign - Provides a national voice on gay and lesbian issues. Works for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equal rights by lobbying the federal government, educating the public, participating in election campaigns, organizing volunteers, and providing training at the state and local levels.

UVA Queer Student Union - UVA student organization. Provides a safe, welcoming, and confidential environment for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, and questioning individuals in the community.
Queer and Allied Activism - UVA student organization. Strives to Increase visibility, foster dialogue, and promote awareness and acceptance of LGBTQ community members and concerns through both political and non-partisan activities.

The SGI has a same-sex marriage ceremony and has appointed national GLBT leaders.

Shelter for Help in Emergency - The Shelter offers a variety of services to empower victims of domestic violence and create a community of support.
Planned Parenthood Health Systems - GLBT-friendly health care and advocates for the right to make private, personal decisions about sexuality and health care. To make an appointment, call 296-1000.
